As you customize your order, you'll have the option to select lens upgrades or additional features if you choose, but your prescription lenses are already included.

Yes—as long as your prescription is still valid.

If you already have a current prescription from your eye doctor, you can upload it during checkout or provide the information when placing your order. We'll use those measurements to create your lenses.

Many of our frames can be ordered without prescription lenses if you're simply looking for stylish eyewear or non-prescription sunglasses.

When you click Choose Your Lenses, you'll have the option to select No Prescription if that's the right choice for you.

Because every pair of prescription glasses is custom-made, production begins shortly after your order is processed. Once your lenses have entered production, some changes may no longer be possible.

Insurance & Payment Options

BSE is not currently an in-network provider with vision insurance plans.

Depending on your vision insurance benefits, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement after purchasing your glasses. If your plan offers this benefit, you can typically submit your receipt directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Because every vision plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider before placing your order to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

Prescription glasses are generally considered an eligible expense under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). If your HSA or FSA card is approved for online purchases, you can typically use it during checkout.
