Clear answers to the questions customers ask most often.
01
Ordering Your Glasses
How do I order prescription glasses online?
Choose your frames, select your lens options, and provide your prescription information during the ordering process. Review all information carefully before completing your purchase.
Are prescription lenses included in the displayed price?
The final price depends on the frame, prescription, lens type, and options selected. Your complete price will be shown before you submit your order.
Can I order glasses without prescription lenses?
Availability depends on the frame and options offered on the product page. Review the available lens choices before completing your order.
02
Prescriptions and Measurements
Can I use my current prescription?
You may use a valid eyeglass prescription that contains the information required to produce your lenses. Contact your eye doctor if you are unsure whether your prescription is current.
Can I use a contact lens prescription?
No. Contact lens and eyeglass prescriptions are different. You will need a prescription written specifically for eyeglasses.
What is PD and why do I need it?
PD means pupillary distance. It measures the distance between the centers of your pupils and helps position your lenses correctly.
03
Lenses and Options
What is the difference between single vision and progressive lenses?
Single vision lenses correct vision at one distance. Progressive lenses provide distance, intermediate, and reading correction within one lens without visible bifocal lines.
Do I need every available lens upgrade?
No. The best options depend on your prescription, activities, and preferences. Choose features that provide a meaningful benefit for the way you use your glasses.
